HKIS will provide buses to and from the hotel each morning and evening of the tournament.

Recommendation for Teams | All participating schools will be staying at the Nina Hotel Island South. |
Recommendation for Parents: | Parents are also welcome to stay at the meet hotel Nina Hotel Island South but there are many more options closer to the city center which still have easy access to HKIS. An additional partner hotel is the Dorsett Wanchai, Wanchai, Hong Kong |
Communications
Visiting Coaches Phones / Sim | HKIS will provide each school with a portable router upon arrival at the Nina Hotel. |
Guest Wifi in Campus | No login required but it will need to be done every 30 minutes |
Medical Emergencies
Health Office in Campus | The MS Nurses Office will be utilized if needed as well as on-field support by Athletic Trainer and Nurses. Student athletes and coaches will be oriented on resources and preparedness. |

Food & Beverages
Dinners | Dinner on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday nights for all athletes/teams will be on their own. We will have an award banquet on Saturday evening for all student athletes and coaches. HKIS will provide light snacks and refreshments for all attendees of the coaches meeting on Wednesday night at the Nina Hotel. |
Hospitality Room | We will have a designated area for the coach's hospitality room. |
Water Supply | There will be multiple water stations around the field as by the head table. |
Spectators/ Visiting Parents
Campus Entry Protocol | Visiting parents and spectators will need to present an ID upon entry to HKIS campus. |
Code of Conduct | Standard APAC spectators and parent code of conduct is expected. |
Venues in the campus/hotel
Venues | Opening Ceremonies will be held on the field. We’re busing over 200+ elementary students who are part of our Tai Tam Tigers Soccer Academy to help parade in our APAC Student Athletes. |

Team Spaces | We will provide team tents behind the baseball backstop area |
Restrooms | There are restrooms available at the field plus in the HS building, unfortunately the DCAA will not be open by the time of APAC. |
Locker Rooms | There are changing rooms in the HS gym that can be used for the athletes but please do not use the MS locker room. |
Laundry | We will provide a laundry service at the hotel on Thursday & Friday nights. |
Remarks | Specifics on the laundry service will be shared at the coaching meeting on Wednesday night. |

Schedule to flight in | Teams are welcome to head into town on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening upon returning to the Nina Hotel. It is very easy to take the MTR into town. |

Payment Methods | Cash: We recommend that you exchange for HKD at the airport on Wednesday afternoon as there are not a lot of ATMs near the hotel and none on the Tai Tam Campus. e-Payment: Some locations accept Alipay and WeChat Pay but Hong Kong runs on local Octopus cards. All restaurants accept cash payments! ATM/Bank Info: In the city center they are everywhere but unfortunately there is not an ATM on the Tai Tam Campus. |
